The souls behind your show

I played guitar for 12 years before I ever stood behind a mixing desk. We understand what artists need to hear — because we're musicians too.
As a student playing shows, I always suffered through bad sound conditions. I wanted to change how live-band audio is run — especially jazz drums.
Too many great performances fall short of their full emotional impact because of sound mistakes. I'm here so a performance can reach those extraordinary emotions.

I’m here to protect every “connection”.
If you're a technician, precision is non-negotiable — my goal is to never let a single mistake affect the show.

The whole stage plugs into my hands. I’m exacting — that’s how I keep everyone safe.
…
Công doesn't say much. But on stage, the crew has never gone without a single thing — not even one cable.
The Crew

Nguyễn Công Toàn's career behind the desk
On every console, the self-recorded role stays the same: Sound Operator & Trainer.
The first digital console of the journey — the foundation of professional show operation.
Moved signal processing onto Waves SoundGrid — low latency, plugin-based mixing.
Touring-grade console for large-scale concerts.
Waves SoundGrid 64/64, dynamic EQ, multi-band compression — the technical standard for the hardest shows.
Running shows since 2016
The AZ Soundtech crew has been running shows together since October 1, 2016 — nearly a decade of hands-on experience before the company was formally registered in 2024. One of the sound engineers who started the team, Nguyễn Công Toàn, was a hardware design engineer and a guitarist before he ever stood behind a mixing desk — technical precision meeting a real musician's ear.
