ROSTER

Technical positions

SOUND

FOH

Mixes the main audience sound — final responsibility for what the crowd hears.

BOH / Monitor

Mixes in-ear and stage monitors for performers — the artist's ears on stage.

System Engineer

Designs, tunes, and optimizes the PA system for each venue.

RF Engineer

Manages wireless frequencies for mics and IEMs — keeping every signal clean and interference-free.

Recording Engineer

Captures multitrack live recordings — studio-grade audio straight from the show.

Backstage Manager

Runs backstage operations — artist flow, schedule, and communication between departments.

Wingman

Side-stage support — gets performers on and off stage on time, in position.

Runner (Mic / IEM / Backline)

Handles mic, IEM, and backline issues on the fly — an immediate response when something breaks mid-show.

Playback

Runs backing tracks, click, and sync feeds for the performance.

Setup Supervisor

Oversees the audio build — on spec, on schedule, before doors.

Crew

Hands-on crew for load-in, rigging, and strike of the audio rig.

LIGHTING

Lighting Engineer

Designs and operates the stage lighting rig to match the show's script.

Setup Supervisor

Oversees the lighting build — on spec, safe, and on schedule.

Signal Manager

Manages control signal (DMX) between the lighting desk and every fixture.

Crew

Hands-on crew for rigging, hang, and strike of the lighting rig.

Electrician

Keeps power safe and sufficient for the full lighting and audio load.

SHOWCALL

Show Caller

Runs the show's timeline — calling every cue at the exact right moment.
